The Channel 4 Video contest gives local videographers and filmmakers a chance to have their videos and films judged and rewarded based on their talent.

The category for this contest is “Music Videos.” Filmmakers and videographers may submit their best original music video of a band or performer for this contest.
How do I submit my videos to the Channel 4 Video Contest?
There are multiple ways to submit your videos.
1. Register for Web Access and post your video on our website, using You Tube to host it.
2. Submit a tape via delivery or mail to our station at 18123 Burhnam Avenue, Lansing, IL, 60438.

What are the prizes for the contest?
Local businesses have generously donated gift cards to their businesses as prizes for the contest. Exact amounts are yet to be determined, however, there will be rewards for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers. Along with the gift card, the three top place finishers will have their films appear on Channel 4 soon after the contest deadline has closed.

When is the deadline for submissions for the contest?
August 1st, 2008 is the date for submitting tapes via either delivery to our station or our website, with hosting on YouTube.
